All quotations valid for 90 days. Based on site survey + agreed specification. Variations are itemised and added by written instruction only.
Standard terms: no deposit until fabrication commences, 50% on fabrication start, 40% on installation completion, 10% on final snag close-out. Larger projects or first-time accounts may be subject to alternative terms agreed in writing.
Aluminium frame: 10 years. Sealed glazing units: 5 years. Moving parts (hinges, closers, motors): 2 years. Curtain walling system: 12 years on aluminium and gaskets, 5 years on sealed glazing units. Workmanship: 5 years. Warranties are direct with S&K Glazing Limited.
Public Liability £5,000,000; Employers' Liability £10,000,000; Professional Indemnity £10,000,000. Certificates on request. CHAS accredited, Constructionline Gold member.
Free until fabrication starts. After that: minimum 50% of fabricated material cost + 25% of remaining contract value + any committed third-party charges.
Neither party is liable for delay due to events outside reasonable control (severe weather, industrial action, manufacturer insolvency, government restrictions). A revised programme will be agreed in good faith.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
