When you submit an enquiry we collect your full name, phone number, email address, town/city or postcode, service type and any free-text project details. Enquiries are processed through Web3Forms, our form-handling provider, and delivered to our sales inbox. We may also collect anonymised server analytics (page views, referrer, approximate country-level location).
Your enquiry data is used solely to respond, schedule a site survey and provide a quote. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing and never sell your data.
Active enquiries are retained for the duration of any resulting project plus 7 years (HMRC tax record retention). Closed enquiries that did not result in a project are deleted within 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
This site uses Tawk.to for live chat. Conversations may be stored on Tawk.to's servers per their privacy policy. We use chat data only to respond to your enquiry.
