Refurbishment — installed by specialists, not generalists

Refurbishment work is its own discipline. It's not new-build, it's not maintenance — it's removing the existing kit, dealing with whatever's behind it, and reinstating to current specification, often with the unit still trading or in active occupation.

We run an established programme of refurb work for multi-site retailers, landlords, and dilapidations specialists. Work is sequenced around trading hours, surveyed in advance for asbestos and fire stopping issues, and delivered to a fixed weekly programme so your team and ours both know exactly what's happening when.

Refurbishment install — FAQs

Can you do refurb work while the unit is trading?
Yes — we routinely refurb retail units overnight or at weekends to avoid disrupting trade. There's no out-of-hours premium because our installers are salaried with time-off-in-lieu rather than overtime.
Do you handle multi-site brand rollouts?
Yes — we have an established programme management team for rollouts. Typical cycle: weekly site cadence, fixed crews, standardised spec, photo-logged handovers, single point of contact for the whole programme.
Do you support dilapidations negotiations?
We do schedule of dilapidations responses, photographed reinstatement evidence, and statutory compliance documentation. Many of our refurb clients are dilapidations consultants and managing agents handling lease-end reinstatement.
How long does a typical shopfront refurbishment take?
Single-site refurbs typically run 2–3 weeks from quote acceptance to handover. Multi-site rollouts run on a weekly site cadence — one site per week per crew. Programme is provided alongside the quote.
