How fast can you board up after a break-in?
UK-wide we aim for 4 hours from your call to boards on site. In our home West Midlands area we're typically faster — 90 minutes to 2 hours. Out-of-hours call-outs are answered by senior staff, not a call centre.
Will my insurance cover emergency boarding?
Most commercial property and shop insurance policies cover emergency make-safe and reinstatement. We bill insurers directly with your authorisation, so you don't pay out-of-pocket while the claim processes. Excess is deducted.
How long does permanent glass replacement take after boarding?
Standard sizes are typically reinstated within 3–5 working days. Bespoke or laminated security glass may take 7–10 working days due to manufacturing lead time. We always over-communicate the timeline.
Do you cover Sundays and bank holidays?
Yes — 24 hours, 7 days, 365 days a year. Bank holidays included. The same on-call senior installers respond regardless of date.
